This is the third time in the past three years that the price of Internet reduces from its input source. But the Interne price was not ultimately reduced. In other words, although the Internet has reduced in two periods of time, but the final consumers of the Internet in the country has not taken benefit of this reduction.
The issue of reducing Internet prices and not becoming cheap for the consumers is an old story. The government side declares a rate reduction but this reduction remains in the distribution network and doesn't reach to consumers. This subject is also an old argument between private and public sector.
Public sector says the private site should purpose price reduction on its Internet users to its, the other claims that the bandwidth rate has formed a small proportion of their costs due to high current, technical personnel overhead costs does not have possibility to reform no price.
So this question is raised that , whereas no supervision tool exists to reduce Internet prices for consumers and previous prices reductions has not reach to the final users , how is it possible to reduce Internet rate again by the public sector, according to previous experience, and with what guarantee ?
Undoubtedly, while the evidence remained of the past shows that there is no guarantee that Internet rate reduction do not lead to the two previous times destiny for the third time, the final outcome of such matter is the passing of public opinion between public sector and private sector.
